Almost everyone has a heavy-duty bulky monster security cable somewhere (generally at home in the garage).  Security Buddy slips into a jacket pocket or tank bag so it is always along for the ride and available when you need it.

Simply loop the cable through the sleeve of your jacket or around your sleeping bag or tent before rolling it up, then loop the free end of the cable over itself and secure it using your own lock or the helmet lock on your bike.  Security Buddy is long enough to loop several items together (jackets, saddlebags, duffel bags, tour packs, purchases, etc.).
